Expected Shipping Time

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Your orders will be shipped from myFirst's main warehouse in Singapore. We typically ship via DHL services, and all our shipping fees are based on DHL Express rates.

Please allow extra processing time during major sales periods and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the selected service and destination. Typically, delivery time ranges from 3 to 5 business days based on the shipping address.

 

Remote Area Surcharge

Remote area surcharge is an additional fee imposed by shipping carriers for orders shipped to and from locations that the carrier considers out of coverage or far from usual pickup or delivery routes. If the shipping carrier does not have a facility near the pickup or delivery address, your shipment may be subject to remote area charges.

If we receive orders from remote areas, we will contact customers to inform them of the additional fees they must bear. If this causes any inconvenience to the customer, they can email us at support@myfirst.tech to discuss the matter with our team, and we will provide the most suitable solution.
