Warranty

Our warranty covers all parts failures and manufacturing defects. myFirst Tech reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of this warranty without prior notice.

 1.   Warranty Period

Our products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all purchases made through retail stores, distributors, and our official store. Battery coverage is valid for 6 months only.

If the product was purchased during a promotional campaign, these products will only be covered by a 30-day warranty.

The warranty period begins from the date of your product purchase. Your original purchase invoice (sales receipt or email order confirmation), which includes the purchase date and product description, serves as proof of purchase date.

No registration is required, and please keep your original purchase invoice (sales receipt or order confirmation email). If the product was received as a gift, you will also need proof of purchase for a one-year warranty.

(a) How to Claim Warranty
